Department Head

Last few days, I was a member in a seminar committee. When it was over, we got some ”committee fee”. There was one thing interesting. I sat next to a woman after we got this fee when I saw her counting. I asked what she was doing. She said that she was counting people in her department and added that they should get this fee as well. If they didn’t get it from the committee, then she was the one who had to share her own.

I was impressed. This is what a DEPARTMENT HEAD supposed to be!
