SOL

If you see people who are lying in bed, closing their eyes, then don’t instantly think they’re sleeping.

I go to bed at ten and keep awake at one. That’s what is called sleep onset latency (SOL) and mostly long for those whose suffer insomnia, just like me.

Maturity

Aging and maturity are two siblings that don’t get along so well. When one is present then the other disappears. Only in a few people they’re seen nicely combined. When people are at particular age it doesn’t mean that they’re mature. Besides apologizing, empathy, responsibility and unselfishness are some other overt signs of maturity. People are said to be psychologically grown up when they show that they really have empathy and think, act and behave unselfishly, and responsible for decision they make.
